Smart Expert was born during the COVID-19 Pandemic, where experts across the country faced uncertain and challenging times for their practices, many of which were forced to close down. In the face of adversity, this reality birthed the Medico-Legal Hubs across the country - a workspace that made professionals feel valued, whilst giving the claimant a dignified space to be assessed at.

Smart Expert is a Medico-Legal Hub where multiple experts can assess RAF Claimants or insurance claimants in a centralised workspace over a day or two — specifically designed for mobile experts to rent equipped office space for the duration they require. For attorneys who use our Medico-Legal Hubs, it has also proved significant saving of time, money and hassle - putting flexibility in the palm of their hands.

Our Facility Offers:

• Serviced office spaces, tailored specifically for the mobile expert.
• High-end office space in AAA offices in green, smart buildings to give both the expert and the claimant a professional experience.
• Interview rooms, consultation rooms with plinths and BP machines, and fully equipped Occupational Therapy rooms. No need to bring your own equipment.
• We also offer boardrooms that can be used for meetings or training/workshops.
• Access to Internet, Accessible Areas, Elevators, Parking and lockers for the traveling expert, an Office Host to coordinate bookings and claimants.

• Access to Shuttle Services for the expert and claimant.
• Currently operational in George, Western Cape and Umhlanga, KZN. Next, we plan to set up offices in Pretoria, Gauteng, and Cape Town.
• We have partnered with Keystone Medical Radiologists, to provide radiology services at some of our offices. We share an integrated IT system to allow us to get direct access to the images and reports as soon as it has been finalised. They provide exceptionally fast delivery of imaging and reports. This allows the orthopaedic surgeon to get access, to finalise their reports.
• Smart Expert plans to roll out to all Provinces, aiming to have at least one office in each province, and two offices in larger provinces.
